Delete Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Xaslarbet account and the personal data we hold about you. It applies to the website at xaslarbet.com and to the Xaslarbet apps for iPhone and Android, which are the same product and the same account.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself, in seconds

1. Sign in at xaslarbet.com or in the app.
2. Open Account from the menu, or go straight to xaslarbet.com/account.
3. Under Profile, scroll to Danger zone.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is removed from our database immediately. You are signed out and the deletion cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address tied to your account, with the subject Delete my account. We process the request within 7 business days and reply to confirm.

Option 3 — Partial data deletion

You can also ask us to delete specific data without closing the account, for example your saved picks or your notification tokens. Email [email protected] and say what you want removed.

An active subscription is cancelled separately

Deleting the account ends your access, but it does not by itself stop a recurring charge held by the store that took your money:

• Bought on iPhone: cancel in Settings on your device, under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple, not us, holds that subscription.
• Bought with PayPal: cancel from your account page before deleting it, or from your PayPal account.
• Paid with crypto: nothing recurs. The access you paid for simply runs out.

Cancel first, then delete, and nothing is charged again.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: email address and display name
• Your sign-in: password hash, Google and Apple links, and every open session
• Notification tokens tied to your devices
• Saved picks and preferences tied to your user ID

What we may keep

We keep the limited records the law requires, and the records our payment processors keep on their own side: PayPal, NOWPayments and Apple hold their own receipts, and deletion of those has to be requested from them. Server logs that contain IP addresses rotate out within a short operational period.
