Delete Account & Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your Xaslar App account and the personal data we hold about you. It applies to both the mobile app and the website at xaslarbet.com.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Xaslar App on your Android device.
  2. Sign in if you are not already.
  3. Tap Account in the bottom tab bar.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  5. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Permanently delete.

Your account is removed from our database immediately. You will be logged out and the deletion is irreversible.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address tied to your account.

Include the subject line: Delete my account. We will process the request within 7 business days and reply to confirm.

Option 3 — Partial data deletion

You can also request deletion of specific data without closing your account — for example, deleting your push notification tokens or activity history. Email [email protected] describing what you want removed.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (email, display name)
  • Stored credentials (password hash, JWT session tokens)
  • Push notification tokens (FCM)
  • App activity logs associated with your user ID
  • Any saved picks or preferences tied to your account

What we may retain

We may keep limited records required by law, fraud prevention, or accounting (for example, payment receipts retained by our payment processors PayPal or NOWPayments — please contact them directly to request deletion of those records). Server logs containing IP addresses are rotated out within a short operational period.
